1. Project name:Lycee International French-English School

2. Big picture: To get a lot of students learning both English and French in our school.

3. Project summary: Goal is to try to get many students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 in California/other states and other countries to learn English and French and expose them to American and French culture. With reliable teachers and good loyal students to make a great community of education and fun.

4. Business objectives/goals: The objective of this school is to get a massive group of students to join our school that are Kindergarten through Grade 12.  It currently is in four cities in southern California, but we would like to expand our facilities in California as well as start in the other 49 states of the USA and in France in the near future. Later we can expand to other French and English speaking countries like Canada or England.

5. Preferred date for launch by client: Some time around January 8, 2012.

6. Target audience:  Audience description:  Parents having kids from Kindergarten through Grade 12 who want there kids to learn English and French as well as American and French history/culture.  The school should mainly be in English and/or French speaking countries.  It can also help parents and their kids meet new people if you are new to the country.

Audience objectives/goals: The main audience is parents who want their kids to learn French and English and about the different cultures in the USA and France that are around Kindergarten through Grade 12. Give people opportunity to meet new friends and participate in special group cultural activities.

7. Perception strategy:

Current perception: Your kids will learn beautiful French language, Learn about fancy French culture, all of that only in this magnificent school in Los Angeles/Southern California.

Desired perception: Your kids will learn beautiful French language, have fun in our friendly/social group, all of that in this expanding school throughout the USA and France.

Strategy: This site will help advertise our School to get more registered students.  And it will also help us expand beyond Southern California (once at least ten students register in an area, a new school will be opened).  Visit us at http://lilaschool.com/index2.htm for more info on this wonderful school.

8. Message Strategy:

Primary message: Want your kids to learn French and English and be exposed to French and American culture, sign up your kids today!

Strategy: It will state the above in large font near the top of the page.

9. Competitive Advantages:

Good hype and advertising emphasizing the existing schools having reliable teachers and good loyal students to make a great community of education and fun for your kids.  We need to get people aware of its existence and get parents interested in sending their kids to the school.  Not aware of other school like it.
